Advantages: There are no advantages to using Npower.

Disadvantages: If you really want to give your money away there are plenty of worthy charities than Npower.

I don't feel I want to waste any more time of my life on the subject of Npower, So i'll go straight to the point.

Countless times they sent me a bill which had a different account number on, I Called them sorted it out, They transfered my credit around. Next bill comes, Again a new account number, to cut a long story short they had me paying for my next door neighbours electricty for over a year. They transfered my account around so much that I ended up having - credit and a hefty bill. I'm sure I could pursue them legally but i just havent got the energy to deal with them anymore, They were completely uncooperative and unaplogetic throughout the ORDEAL. Some of their phone operative were down right rude.

With my new provider I pay £56 per quater, Npower mangled my account so much they had me paying £80 per month. If I have anything to do with it, none of my friends or family will ever use their company again. You have been warned, Look elsewhere.

Summary: Absolutly incompetent shiesty company with no idea how to deliver an electricty service.
