npower - despite paying on time every time - I have received letters from npower threatening to cut off my supply, send round debt collection agency and pass on incorrect details to credit reference agencies. All because of their incompetence and mistakes. They never apologise and the people that sign the letters are never available or willing to talk to customers. Bunch of faceless, cowards. Avoid at all costs if you ask me. I have now switched both accounts and will never return to npower.

Summary: avoid! Not sure why this ended up with 1 star... they are not worthy
