Advantages: I can leave them right now!

Disadvantages: I didnt want to move to a new company!

Npower man told me that I was not signing to a new contract. Just to find out next week that I had already signed up with them by the welcome pack they sent me. I was very happy with powergen and I really wasent thinking of moving over to a new company. Shall I tell you something I am leaving them today. Never sign anything when they come to your door. You dont expect a company such as Npower to behave on such a way.

Summary: I think its not nice bhaving on such a way.
