n-power not worth it (NPower)

it all started when a sales person came to our door it was n power (we were getting our supply of british gas at this time) n power said there could do gas and elec cheaping then british gas £50.00 a month we thought hmm sounds good but before we sign up we ask the sales person is this wat we have to pay every month and it wont change he swore thats wat you pay. so after everything was sorted we startd getting gas and elec of n-power but we were very shocked that they sent a bill after being with them for a year stating that we had not payed enough they had underestimate our gas and elec we are talking ££££ so our payments had jump from £50 t0 £199.00 a month we were gobsmacked. my wife phoned them up to find out wat the hell is going on . there said there had not took a meter reading since last september we had no letter stating this and cards through the door etc . and when we phoned n-power there told us to get a crisis loan out to pay it off my wife shocked at this woman saying this . and we are still fighting it now as it wrong of n-power they are not worth swapping there have made us skint and very upset . once this is sorted we are moving supplys . n-power make your life a nitemare
