Npower - avoid unless you want hassle (NPower)

Earlier this year (March 07), we were persuaded by a lovely young lady to switch both gas and electric to Npower. However, the following day, we sat down and did our sums and it became apparent that Npower were no cheaper than what we already had. So my hubby phoned to cancel and I wrote to cancel. Hubby was assured on the phone that all would be stopped. Haha.. yesterday I was still having to phone them to complain once again about a bill they sent (for non existant power use). The week before I had been in contact and they assured me the bill was an error, yesterday i was stunned to see they had taken this money out of my bank account.
This is the short version. All I can say is - unless Npower really does work out cheaper for you, don't touch this company with a barge pole. You will have so much hassle and long, long telephone conversations (1 hr and 15 minutes I spent yesterday, and most of that was on hold. 0845 number too!).
I don't want to give this company any stars, but as I have to -just one.

Summary: Unless Npower works out cheaper for you, don't be tempted by them.
