Advantages: all of it! Disadvantages: none of it! Right, I'm going to begin in confirming I work for npower in the north east where their biggest customer service offices are based. For no.1 their door to door sales agents are normally out sourced and very difficult to control in regards to selling tactics but we have brought in measures to start to combat this and also customer services have seen a massive change recently - we have changed computer systems and brought in a lot more staff. You all cannot tell me with only 3 pages of issues on npower any other company in this industry is any better. Bgas, EDF, Scottish power have all similar issues but we try to be different in the service we provide. We dont keep people hanging on, on premium numbers (bgas) offer better services in our area patches (edf) or try and hide standing charges (scottish power) every company has different issues i could go on. Does any body not have anything else to complain about. Summary: Npower take a gander and have a ponder! |

NPower Rip Off!
npower improper use of direct debits
Npower Again
avoid british gas
Not the best, nor the worst
Their customer service team have a good energy
try listening to the customer it helps
EDF a leading supplier with high tariffs
Southern Electric....and gas!!
