Disadvantages: Oh so, so, so, so many!

What with all their great advertising campaigns and sponsorship deals with various sporting events I thought Npower would have been a great and reliable company to get my energy supply from.

How very, very wrong I was!

This company is absolutely pitiful! They are without a doubt the worst power company I've ever had the displeasure to fork out money to!

The constantly got my bills wrong and the customer service reduced me to tears on numerous occasions! I wrote letters, sent emails and called them over and over again, but still my problems weren't sorted! What makes all this worse it that they're not even all that cheap any more!

I still don't understand how such a large company can upset so many people and get away with it!

I thought I was a special case, but check out this facebook group, it's happening to so many other people as well!
