I would like to respond to your entry regarding your experience with Npower Ltd.
It had came to my attention that you were concerned regarding the premium rate numbers for individual departments. You will be happy to know that we have now introduced free contact telephone numbers for all of our services, which can be found at: www.npower.co.uk. Our UK free landline numbers will replace all department contact numbers before November 2009.
I am also aware of the growing concern regarding the increase of Direct Debit amounts with fuel suppliers. In order to make sure that these are correct, we do need 12 months of accurate customer readings, which was explained within you Direct Debit Mandate pack.
I advised you to give regular meter readings ever 28 days to ensure your direct debit amount is correct.
