Don't rely on Npower to do what they say they will do. (NPower)

I am sitting at home having taken the day off for Npower to install a new boiler, when i notice that an answer phone message had been left yesterday afternoon saying they are not coming. Whats annoying is when they came to quote i told them it had to be done this week and the reason i was using them is that they promised it would be.

The only reason they got my business was a promise they could do the install today and then all of a sudden they cant do it and i have to rearrange. I would strongley suggest if you NEED heat i.e children or older people. Do not relay on these guys.

I honestly feel as it was a struggle for them to fit me in, that they took my money with the full intention of not honouring the agreement. If they couldnt do it they should have just said so.

Oh how i wish i could phone my clients up the day before and say actually we are not gonna do your work tomorrow. Jokers

I cancelled the order of course, i feel stupid as a couple of friends said not to use Npower..now i have to go and tell them they were right.

Summary: This is my first and my last experience of these guys
