We had been with NPOWER on a prepayment meter, we paid off our debt of £440 then decided to move to eon(Which are excellent in comparison).
We left NPOWER 3 Months ago and there now claiming we owe them a further £450, which they want in full!
just wondering how you can get into further debt when you are on a pre-payment meter?
Also i have called them 6 times today! they have gave me 6 different "estimates" as to how much we owe! Despite me telling them our actual meter readings. Now comes the icing on the cake, apparently they have no COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE and are not governed by OFGEN (which is clearly a lie) amazingly!
They also state they can't send me a letter detailing how the debt occurred as were NO LONGER CUSTOMERS! If that's the case stop sending me BILLS and THREATENING LETTERS please! Any thoughts as to how i can resolve this issue?
