Advantages: Free, Simple, No Hassle, No Commitment, Nothing Changes
Disadvantages: None
NPower are a gas and electricity producer, they are in actual fact the 3rd largest in the world. They will save you 15% on gas and 10% on electricity. It is such a good deal, I would recommend NPower to everyone. It is free to swop over to NPower, free to swop back if you don't like it. There was no hassle at all, I just gave my details to the every friendly NPower representitive and it took about 5 minutes and in a year I saved over £100! The Services stay with Transco so I was happy about that. In conclusion, I would say to people the next time a NPower rep comes to your door, seriously think about trying it before slamming the door in his face. Best Wishes MMM

- 31/12/06 Shocking planting going on here. Are NPower really so bad that they have to dream up false customer reports?
(Yes. ) |

- 01/04/04 This person certainly does not work for npower, and if he does, he should be sacked. npower do not produce any gas or electricity. npower is an electricity supplier and a gas shipper. The main role npower plays for domestic customers is billing them their gas/power usage. The distribution network office own the cables not npower (this could be one of several distribution companies, for example in npower's host area it is Aquila). Transco own the gas pipes (for the majority of the country) and transport the gas. As a consumer you have no choice who transports your gas. npower are not the third largest producer in the world as they do not produce gas or power. I would recommend anyone to immediately report any bad sales practices to the relevant company. I think this opion is very inaccurate. I rate it 0. |

- 07/09/01 Is this written by someone who works for Npower? it sounds like it, and if so, it has no right to be on this website. This is about people who use things and thier opinions. Who cares if they are the 3rd biggest in the world when they treat their customers like dirt! and 15% cheaper than who? Where did you get that from...its not true...there are plenty of suppliers with better service and cheaper prices. |
