Disadvantages: Rude Staff, Non Existant Customer Service

I have been a npower customer for 6 months and can honestly say I wish I had never transfered.
There prices are only about £5 a year cheaper for me but the service is, well to put it bluntly, non existant!
Every time you try to ring up you get put in a call holding system, not for a few minutes like most companies but for 30 minutes sometimes.
The staff are rude and pass you around the building and you end up giving up because no one will ever answer your questions.
One senior member of staff even said I was lying about my meter readings and that there was no chance the meter reader was wrong.
You write to them, they don't reply. They really shouldn't be in business.
I have now in the process of transfering my service to Virgin, lets hope they are o.k.
