NPOWER - I would never EVER recommend NPOWER, they use underhand tactics to screw you. Once they have had 12 months with you at the agreed rate, without proper notice they then incease tariff by 60+% and then block any requested to transfer to a cheaper supplier. NPower are a shower of cunts. I can say this unequivocably. None of their employees have a clue as to what they are doing. They constantly send out estimated inflated bills and ignore customer meter readings. Their direct debit scheme is even worse - they will put you on a higher monthly payment plan even if you are over £100 in credit. Half the time they can't answer the phone. They are shit.

npower - despite paying on time every time - I have received letters from npower threatening to cut off my supply, send round debt collection agency and pass on incorrect details to credit reference agencies.
