If there were medals for the worst service ever, Scottish Power would have won them all. We used to be supplied by Manweb, which was OK, but Scottish Power is just the dregs.
Twice a year a meter reader comes and takes the readings. these are ignored by SP who make up their own (estimated) readings.
Customer Service will not reply to any calls - too busy! I just cannot get through to talk over the many problems they have created.
If SP phones, they blank the number so it is impossible to know who is calling. (I now never answer a call without a number being shown as, despite a BT block on "spam" calls - they still get through) I have asked them to leave an answerphone message but, apparently, it is against the Data Protection Act - so they say.
I can't even control my account on line as I have two meters and the SP system cannot cope with two meters! (at least not my two!)

Summary: The worst Customer Service of any organisation.
