Are we sitting comfortabley? then I will begin

We moved into our brand new appartment in august last year and not wanting too have our electric supplied by NPOWER ( 1st mistake) we decided to try Scottish Power a direct debit was set up and we started paying?

2 months later we recieved a bill (guess who?) Npower so I rang them to find out what was going on they said Scottish Power was not our suppler? strange that I,d being paying them?
So I telephoned Scottish Power they said they were our surppler and Npower Had got it wrong?
Npower was brilliant over this and told us what to do
We then spoke to Scottish Power who then admitted YES it was there fault so that was that we would get all the money we had paid them and after 6 weeks we did?
We then set up a new direct debit with Npower and have been really happy since a happy ending you might say????

Dont think so this is Scottish power weare dealing with?

I have just returned from a weeks holiday guess what was in my mail box? YES you,ve guessed it a bill from scottish power but not from my preasent address my last address from last year think thats bad enough? I wasnt even with scottish power but EDF energy? How is it possible to owe them for a period of time that I wasnt living in my old house, they would not give me any details as to who had already paid money off my exsisting bill which they sent me???? ( Think they should sent there customer care centre to Idian at least then we might be able to understand the language?)
What ever happened to good old Yorkshire Electric?

We now await the good old out come of all this ?
