Be very careful. Servista are deceptive, rude and appalling at customer service. After having switched to them at an attractive direct debit, I then received a £500 bill with no explanation, on me (understandably) questionning it, they immediately threatened legal action. There is no way of contacting them apart from a £££ 0870 number. They represent everything bad about the charlatans who try and set-up and hide behind an internet company. Be wary, be very wary. I am still in legal dispute with them. What a pity that companies like this are allowed to operate with a free hand.
