The MOD/ DHE who own the property have also written several times explaining what the procedure is to SWEB gas all to no avail. They are refusing to take the landlord's name off the account for the property. We have an account and have tried 10 times now to get them to set up a direct debit and they still refuse. They claim to have never received any dd forms. I know for a fact that this is not true as I have sent 5 of those forms by recorded delivery and they have all been signed for by SWEB. O... more

I recently moved to where I am living now and the property I moved into is supplied by SWEB Gas. From the day I moved in it has been one long joke!! For 3 years before we moved here the landlord was responsible for the bill as the property was empty. Well 6 months after we moved in, we are still getting bills addressed to the landlord which SWEB have been informed no longer has anything to do with the property (long story).
