Advantages: Great customer services, only 1 bill for all utilities, cheap utilities, no contract for services

Fantastic company - I have been a customer now for 18 months and def wouldn't change to anyone else. I have all my utilities with them ( gas, elec, broadband, phone, laptop ) and it all comes on 1 bill ! I was previously with AOL for broadband ( rubbish ) could never get through to right person to sort any problems out and took lots of phone calls all charged for by BT. Now all my phone calls are free with utility warehouse so even better ! !
Customer services are brilliant - based in london and all speak very good english and treat you like a real person.
If there has ever been a problem with the services ( think its only happened once ) it was sorted out on same day and only took 1 phone call - brilliant. Can't say enough good things about this company.
