 ... would normally moan about customer service, but Wessex Water has outstanding customer service, if only some other companies could follow their lead! Shame about the 5% price increase they have just announced though!...more

Wessex Water is the regional water and sewage treatment business serving an area of the south west of England, covering 10,000 square kilometres including Dorset, Somerset, Bristol, most of Wiltshire and parts of Gloucestershire and Hampshire. They supply the water in my area (Somerset) and until recently I have had no contact with them except to pay the extortionate water bill I receive once a year! Recently though I have contacted them as there was an issue with one of the sewerage points near my house. They had about 5 lorries making constant noise for 48 hours then they left a really noisy pump there (as I believe one of the pumps was broken). ...  Read the complete review
