I've had my Miele S240 vacuum cleaner since I lived on my own in a two bedroom house and have still got the machine having been married 15 years. It's an excellent vacuum cleaner and has outlasted a Hoover and a Dyson! But because the machine needs bags to collect the dust and rubbish it needs a special bag to fit and Miele charge a whopping £1.60 for a bag. Now for what is essentially a paper bag, that's a lot of wonga! You can't re-use them because the dust flies everywhere if you try to empty them, so once the bag is full that's it.
