Bosch BUC11700UC

When this product came out it was highly rated by consumer guides in the press. I cannot think why because despite being a Bosch the machine is not good at picking up normal household dirt. When we called out a Bosch engineer we were told that it was a good idea to clean and unclog the brushes every time we used the machine. This is not an easy task and should not be necessary anyway. The model is heavy and clumsy to move around, there are only two attachments and the power through the nozzle part is not strong enough.
