Advantages: So cheap!, Suction
Disadvantages: A little fragile, Small bag
As my wife threatened to punch me in the mouth for using her reasonably new Samsumg vaccuum cleaner to clean the inside of my car, I knew I had to find an alternative. I've never been impressed by those poxy little vacs that run from the 12V cigarette lighter socket; they seem to blow the dust around more than suck it up! As my car is parked on a driveway, if I use a vacuum outside on the car, it tends to get a bit dirty and gritty, hence my wife's attitude to me using her hoover! So after the prospect of physical violence had died down, I took a trip into town looking for a new unit to use just on the car. The first cleaner I laid eyes on in Tesco was the Daewoo. It seemed sucha good product for the unbeleivably low price of £30 that I didn't bother to look further a field. When I got it home, we tried it around the house first and were both amazed at its suction strength. At one point I wildly swung the nozzle round in excitement and almost pulled the curtains down! The only concern I have is the sturdiness of the construction - it has taken a few knocks and looks a little worse for wear but when you consider I'm not really using it in its intended environment I can't complain. All in all, a crakcing piece of kit that would be ideally suited to the small home/appartment owner.
