It has a thick 2ft flexible hose for getting into awkward corners although the suction could be better when it comes to certain objects such as large nails, screws or pieces of wood and plaster, which could be down to the fact that I've had it a few years and it was second hand. However my Dewalt DC515K does cope well with sucking up liquids although I have only used it on water personally. I bought the Dewalt DC515K a couple of years ago second hand, but it has lasted well. I tend to do a lot of DIY so when my Henry Hoover packed in I decided to get a job specific vacuum. The Dewalt DC515Kis a half gallon, dry/wet vacuum. It is cordless and comes with an 18 volt battery and battery charger. The battery lasts quite a long time and you can you the battery supplied for other DeWalt tools (such as Drills, etc) and use their batteries in turn.
