Advantages: Great cleaning power,nice design,easily cleaned.

Disadvantages: heavy,difficult attachment,loud.

Just bought this product a couple of months ago.I'm very impressed so far with the cleaning power but the only problem is its sound.it does drive one slightely insane.However the sound can be justified in its cleaning power,which is rather good.it has a rotating brush(do not attempt to touch this while the hoover is on(gave me a bit of a shock)) the rotating brush really deep cleans long piles, going beyond the average hoover,or vacuum.Also has a little attachment for corners or smaller areas,but this is quite fiddly to use,and not ideal for stairs.(from my experience) the external appearance is almost a work of art.looks great almost anywhere(not that that is a reason one should buy a one)I find the bagless removal of dirt and dust very easy with this hoover.no messy leaning out at all.You just pop out the round cylinder and empty directy into a bin or bag.I'd say its very easy to use...aside from the weight,which can get a bit heavy for those of us who get achy arms and backs, and the little attachment which so far I have had very little use from.

Summary: Ideal for longer piles,and someone who isn't too bothered by noise
