It has to be said that Dyson have produced the best vacuum cleaner ever.

I have a DC01. What made me buy it? I borrowed one a friend had to try out. I had heard so much about them and to be honest I though it was simply hype. I vacuumed my front room first with my existing cleaner and then used the Dyson. I was shocked. The dirt and dust it picked up were incredible. It made me feel that I had been living in filth.

I wasted no time but went out and bought one. The satisfaction I felt after cleaning and seeing the dirt, had me cleaning the house constantly at first (I have now calmed down).

The cleaner itself is very easy to use. The tools are all attached so there is no time consuming fitting tools on to do the edges and stairs etc. It is very easy to empty and you can see the dirt mounting up in the dustbox. Even when it is full, it has good suction with no real decrease in power.

Their customer service is also very good. The staff and polite and helpful. Accessories can easily be ordered over the telephone and the net and are delivered to very quickly.

If you have the misfortune to need a repair during the guarantee period, this is simply arranged over the telephone. You box it up, it is collected, repaired and delivered back to you. When they do the repair they also service your cleaner replacing any parts that need to be, and give it a thorough clean. It is returned to you looking brand new. Unfortunately, mine has never needed repairing - I was quite hoping something would go wrong.

If you haven't got a Dyson, I recommend you borrow one and see for yourself just how good this product is. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
