Advantages: Picks up hair, constant suction

I bought my Dyson DC01 about 18 months ago. It cost £179 and, although that seemed a lot to pay for a vacuum cleaner at the time, it was tremendous value.

I have a dog and four cats, and guess what? No pet hair on my carpet or furnishings. The hair and the rest of the grit and dirt that lurks in my home is captured by my Dyson and I can see it through the clear container. How's that for novelty? I like vacuuming because I can see what I have sucked up.

If you know someone with a Dyson ask them for a demonstration, you will be amazed. Run their Dyson over your newly vacuumed carpet. You will be shocked and amazed at how much muck and hair there is in your home.

I would recommend a Dyson DC01 to anybody. This is the 'king' of vacuum cleaners. Once you use one you will never be a dirty person again.
