Advantages: No bags required, washable filters, long lead

Disadvantages: heavy and bulky, lead breaks often, nozzle breaks often

I have had two dysons in my time and now I have just swapped to another brand name as although dyson are rated fairly good I have experienced more than my fair share of problems with them.
Yes, if you have a warranty on the item then they are normally quick in the fixing of the product.
It is down to the buyer at the end of the day if they choose to go with the more expensive products or a different brand which are as just as good but yet cheaper.
