What a sucker (Dyson DC07)

Just replaced my trusted DC01, and after reading lots of reviews went out to buy a Miele Cat & Dog (the Dysons weren't getting a good review).

Went to John Lewis store and had a look at all the range - and was served by a very good shop assistant - and ended up with the DC07 - for £139, free 5 yr warranty and a toy dyson to boot.

On getting home and firing up I WAS HORRIFIED.....at the amount of dirt it was sucking up compared to my original dyson!!! The carpets look visibly cleaner and are beaten by the brush bar into submission. I will add that on shoter pile carpets the power is such that it is quite difficult to push - mu biceps will benefit.

Great value at the moment - buy one instead of the expensive DC14!
