Advantages: quality cleaner

Disadvantages: stops sucking

DC07 is an upright vacuum cleaner manufactured by Dyson. I bought one about a year ago. Nine months later it lost suction power. I called Dyson because I had a warranty. When I called them was asked two questions.

Did you clean the filters?
Is it blocked?

I was sent a replacement filter.

Design of this vacuum is exceptional, it is easy to take apart when blocked and also it has superior suction power, it uses technology called Root8Cyclone, this picks up smallest of the particles.

DC07 is recommended by British Allergy Foundation.

DC07 is ergonomically designed. There are no bags to buy. The bin is easy to clean out and you always know how much is of the bin is full.

There maybe one problem with this though and that is the problem with suction. I've had a problem with it. I read a few things about it on the net and found people complaining about the same thing. There maybe a fault with the design.

I recommend buyers to take out the warranty for five years. It is not that much and you will probably need it.

Never had problems with the suction on mine, but had a lot of parts replaced during the course of a year. Lisa x
