Advantages: simple to maintain
Disadvantages: Not as unique as thought
Dyson have become famous for their bagless vacuum cleaners. They still have a reputation for being the best cleaners because of their bagless - no loss of suction claim, although in reality most vacuum cleaners on the market currently use the same technology.
The Dyson DC07 vacuum cleaner is a stylish hoover which has as good suction power of the hoovers i have used. It can be used conventionally, or it has a pull out section with an array of attachments, which can be used for getting into those hard to reach places and for cleaning stairs and getting those cobwebs off the ceiling.
Although the cleaner is bagless, there are still parts of the hoover that can get clogged up. The filter is easily removed and can be cleaned or replaced. Equally, over time the 'cyclone' cylinder can get so dirty that it reduces suction. The cylinder can be easily removed, opened and cleaned to restore the hoover to its maximum power.
There are numerous sections of pipeing that can be removed so you can retrieve that toy soldier that has been suck up the hoover. This is more useful (unless you have a lot of toy soldiers in your house) for removing generally heavy objects which get sucked up the hoover, but which are to heavy to get sucked into the cyclone cylinder.
The cleaner is easily emptied and can be done cleanly - the amount of dust which escapes is minimal.
The cleaner is effective on all of the floor surface's I have in my house.
the cleaner is competitively priced although it is not as unique as Dyson would have you believe. However it is very effective at cleaning the floor and i would recomed this product to you.
I give this cleaner a dooyoo rating of 4 stars.
Summary: Effective cleaner but not on it own there
