Advantages: Excellent suction

Disadvantages: Rather heavy to carry upstairs

I have had my Dyson for 5 years now, and I would not be without it. Recently has it serviced by Dyson, cost £65, the chap came when he said he would, stripped down the machine, cleaned it and replaced some of the bits and put it back together, it is brilliant, like a new machine.

I use it regularly even to get crumbs up off the kitchen floor and down the side of the units in the kitchen. Hoovering your mattress is an eyeopener, I do mine every 3 months, cannot believe what I get off it.

A very good product, copes easily with hard floor and carpets. Reversing the handle allows you to easily clean a flight of stairs or get down the sides of chairs, settee etc to retrieve the grubbies that inevitably fall down between the sides and the cushions., easy to get under things too.
