Having only used an old Dyson vacuum cleaner before I found the DCO7 Animal to be a great upgrade!

It has 45% more power than previous Dyson models and it does show. You can feel the suction power lifting the carpets and it gets every little patch of fluff. The tools are attached to the body of the machine for easy access and they fit into the extension handle to reach into akward corners. The dust compartment is easy-emptying: at the touch of a button the base flips out to release the fluff into a bin, reducing mess.

The highlight of the Animal is the Turbo Tool. This has been designed particulaly for pet owners to suck up the most stubborn of pet hair. It fits onto the handle and is useful for stairs, chairs, car seats and anywhere else pets shed onto. We have two cats and it is great for getting their fur off of the armchairs (where they insist on slleping). A great invention!

Dysons are more expensive than regular vacuum cleaners but once you try one you won't go back. They are super powerful and look really stylish! I highly reccomend pet owners go for the DCO7 Animal - a must for those with pet hair problems.
