i bought this vaccum five years ago because i'd always heard how good dysons are and i was not disappointed. The dyson dc07 works brilliants on any type of carpet as well as floors. The suction is fantastic and the extra tools are really handy for getting into those hard to reach corners and underneath furniture. The machine itself is quite heavy to lift but the extra long pipe makes it easier to clean steps. Bagless vacuums are a godsend and its really easy to remove and empty the rubbish straight in the bin. Plus a quick rub with a bruch gets rid of all the excess fluff and stuff.

I have not had a single problem with the machine since i bought it although i took out a six year cover which only cost £64.00 but parts and service is very expensive if you have no cover as people i know have experienced.
