The main unit is strong and robust and seems to with stand the hardest hits in to the sofa leg. At the top of the handle there is a small cover which just isn't up to the job, this is where you add the attachments when you use the extension. I managed to knock ours on the door frame resulting in it staying open all the time and thus loss of suction. Having said all that its still a good ... more
