After I had figured out how to attach everything, I went straight up to the bedroom to hoover, I bought this dyson because I have a dog my dc07 seems to have problems with dog hair, it was lovely to use and seemed to have little problem with dog hair, until i looked at the hoover head, however it was so easy to get the hair out of the head, I dont see the point in being niggly. I then decided to tackle the stairs, changing the head to use the stair tool, no problem, I then put the main head back on and tackled the laminate, there is a button to press to change flore types and hey presto I cleaned the floor, I bought the cylinder as my dc07 is an upright, it was nice to lift, not too heavy, as I had put my back out carrying the dc07 upstairs, so to summerise this is a fantastic hoover and worth the £200.00 I paid for it.

I bought the dc08 telescopic wrap animal.

Summary: if you have dog hairs and the money this is well worth buying
