Hi there this is my 1st review so i hope it some help to you!!

The Dyson DC14 Animal

I have always used a dyson and would never go back to any of the normal household vacuum cleaners.

The Dyson is such a powerful hoover and i have used it on everything from my carpets to my bed and my kitchen floor even the car!!

It's surprising when you do your mattress what actually comes off you wouldn't believe it until you see it in the cylinder and the same for the carpets i was shocked and felt dirty when i first saw it and thought"i have been living with all that dirt and some of it i have been sleeping with" but now my
carpets look so much cleaner and my cream rug has never looked so cream!!!!!!!.

I picked this one because i have a cat and her furr got everywhere and the suction on this was alot more powerful
than my old one also you can change the brushbar off so i
can use it on my kitchen floor without damaging it.

Its also so easy to disconnect the pipe away from the main hoover by pressing a purple button located just under the handle at the top, so you can now go up the stairs without carrying the whole thing behind you, and you can also use the small soft brush to go all around the edges of your rooms and also reach up high to the corners of your ceiling for all those spider webs!! so we have no more excuses!!!!!

The dyson is also known for not having hoover bags it just has
the cylinder which is easy to empty with just one click at the top of the cylinder and it should just lift out, and when you are ready to empty the contents just pull the other
button and it release all the dirt and germs.

To clean my hoover i pull the filter out and rinse under warm water every 6months other than that it shouldn't need anything else.

i do recommend that you take out the warranty as i have used mine to order the small brush because i became a bit heavy
handed and snapped it, but they were very helpful and i had
recieved the part within 7days

Summary: easy to change into the long pipe so i can use it up the stairs.
