After seeing my parents' Dyson Animal vacuum cleaner we decided to get one as we were really impressed with it and my parents had recommended it to us.
This machine is ideal for pet owners (and non pet owners!) and keeps your carpets spotless. It is really well designed and the suction power is very good and consistent as the advert says! This version of the Dyson comes with a seperate attachment that has an inbuilt rotary brush sweeper and this is what is intended for cleaning animal hairs out of your carpets. It does remove pet hairs better than any vacuum cleaner I have used before. I find the extra attachment also really useful for cleaning the stairs as it quickly removes any debris from the carpet with the strong suction and rotary brush which is activated by the vacuum's suction. The great thing also about these vacuum cleaners is that you don't need to buy bags for them as they are completely bagless and you lift off the waste cylinder and take it straight to the bin to empty it.
These vacuum cleaners are pretty expensive at around £180 but they really are worth it and will last you years to come as they are built really well and are very sturdy. My only complaint is that they are pretty heavy which makes going up and down the stairs with them a bit of a pain!

Summary: Great vacuum cleaner and using it will give you muscles!!
