Advantages: Easy to use, plenty of attachments, easy to empty.
Disadvantages: High pitched whistle when in use.
I find this to be one of the best vacuum cleaners that has been made in a long while, it never loses suction and can pick up even the most difficult of things, especially human hair. To me it feels like it is quite a heavy machine but I find that its weight helps with the cleaning, it is good for burning the calories! The manoeuvrability of the cleaner isn't the best, which is probably due to the heaviness and it is difficult to get around objects and over cables on the floor. If you are tending to want to pick up things such as hair and minute particles on the floor, then it is best not to have the brush down on the floor, as it will collect around the actual brush and you will have to clean it regularly. The vacuum still works just as well without the brush actually being used, if not better as it doesn't inhibit its movement and the use of the other features. The bagless function means that you are able to just detach the middle of the hoover and pull the lever, releasing the contents of the vacuum into a black plastic bag with very little fuss or mess. A definite plus on other makes and models that still use a bag for collection. The extendable nozzle has several different heads that can be used, dependant upon the need at that precise moment, making it much easier to clean the stairs or get spider webs out of the corners of the room without having to overreach. The only problem I have found is that it has a very high pitched whistle which can get on your nerves if you use the hoover for too long, though this is easily remedied if you wear headphones and listen to music whilst hoovering!
Summary: A solid, reliable, if sometimes noisy vacuum cleaner.
