Advantages: Good for hard to reach places and cleaning cob webs.

Disadvantages: Short battery life.

My husband bought one of these for the house.I find it very useful for those kitchen spills,to get into those hard to reach places. It has good suction power and is easy to use, even my nine year old can use it.
The downfall to this dyson in contrast to the upright dyson I have is that it only lasts for 6 minutes, if a better or more sophisticated battery could be used with this hand held Dyson, it would be a much better tool to clean my car . I do not use it in my car for this reason as it is not practical and I have to make return trips to vacuum the car.
In the house, this is a good, quick and efficient cleaning tool to deal with small amounts of refuse and is fantastic for getting cob webs in those hard to reach places. I am happy with this purchase.
