I have to say I absolutely love this machine. it is great to clean all types of floors and ahs a rolling brush, which can be used/should be used on carpeted floors. It is sooo easy to use as it has the ball on it so all those hard to reach places are easier to reach! It ahs made my life and hoovering so much simpler, quicker and easier. It also has some additional attatchments which can be used on frniture, tiny corners or in the car. the etendable hand allows to you to dust and clean places which are higher up e.g blinds or cobwebs in corners of the ceilings. ideally this feature is used to clean the stairs whilst leaving the machine on the lower level. however, i found this is still quite difficult as it does not extend too far. All in all a great machine, espeacially for a busy family that will use it regularly.
