DC19 - My experience (Dyson DC19)

Advantages: Great for all around the house including the stairs

Disadvantages: Could do with more tools

After years of upright vacuum cleaners I finally decided to go for a cylinder cleaner. I have wood floors downstairs, carpet on the stairs and in all the bedrooms. Carrying a heavy upright up and down stairs was getting too much for me.

I had found with other cleaners, they worked very well when new but gradually they loss the suction power as time went on. This time, for the first time, I went for the Dyson DC19. My first Dyson and first cylinder.

I personally have found this to be the best I have every had. The suction is great, it is flexible around tables, up the stairs and around the edges. It's also so much easier on the stairs, no longer a task put off because of the effort required. I am also no longer frightened of picking up the grandsons odd lego brick, it copes with these well and I can easily retrieve these after.

Summary: Good buy - well worth the money.
