Advantages: Light to carry, easy to empty and clean

Disadvantages: Suction is poor

I bought this vacuum cleaner thinking that the highly advertised brand and high price would translate into quality. I completely disagree unfortunately. The product is not very good, in fact my older and cheaper vacuum was far more effective. I have had a problem with the suction very early on. I had purchased an extended warranty and consulted an engineer about this. Changes made to the vacuum cleaner were ineffective. Parts were changed and advice about maintenance was provided. But unfortunately, neither approach worked. I was very disappointed with this product. I spent alot of money on it but it has failed to live up to its excellent reputation. I have used other vacuum cleaners and am amazed at how much better they are to use and how much less they cost. The purchase of the extended warranty was also a waste of money. Please do not purchase a policy, it really isn't worth the money.
