This is an absolutely brilliant product. I have had mine for just over 3 years and I wish I had got it sooner. It is so easy to use, and so very light to push, that even my 3 year old grandaughter can do it with one hand. It moves, or should I say glides around the furniture so very easily and I would recommend this to anyone. It gets into those awkward little areas that are not easily accessible with other conventional vacuums. Pet owners can be assured that it collects pet hairs with ease, and the powerful motors suction can definitely be felt, and gives me confidence that my carpets and floors and being deep cleaned. The cleaner is emptied at the touch of a button, and does away with the costly replacement bags, and the tools are all stored nice and neatly. It has certainly been reliable.

Summary: Excellent product. Reasonably priced.
