I brought my Dyson Rollerball after my other dyson died. (it was 6 years old). The Rollerball is so easy to use, you do not have to put any effort into pushing the machine around. It glides easily and the manoueverabilty is fantastic. I have a serious Back problem so therefore cannot lift or push objects around without causing myself pain. The Dyson is idiot proof, one button to switch on and another to change the brush movements for switching between Carpet and Lino. Emptying the machine is simply the push of a button. Cleaning the stairs is a synch. The hose and wire length is exceptional so I do not have to lift the Dyson up the stairs to clean. Comparing all upright Hoovers when I went to purchase my Dyson. The Vax may have been cheaper but was heavy and lead lengths not as long. Dyson have longer Guarantees. The after sales at Dyson are brilliant. The Dyson is definately my favourite. This is my third Dyson and would pay that little bit extra every time.

Summary: Dyson have never let me down.
