      Safety issues
The steamer is pressurised, heated appliance, ideal for ceramic, metal, stone, marble, porcelain, lino and other sealed surfaces. It produces steam similar to steam from an iron but can reach temperatures in excess of 200F. So DO NOT use in one spot for an extended period of time.

ALWAYS depress the trigger to release all pressure before removing the safety cap
ALWAYS allow steamer to cool for a few minutes before adding more water.
ALWAYS test on a hidden area first.
Always let the steamer cool down for at least 5 hours before attempting to empty any unused water.

These are my own personal things to say about the product

When steam cools down, water may form in the hose. So when using product again always have a container ready and before ready to use press the steamer button and hold over container as water will come out until empty, then once just steam comes out your ready to use.

When using on windows or glass, never just use the steamer straight on cold, stand away from window or glass and press steam button, this way the steam is not direct on the cold window/glass and warms it up ready for you to use on the window/glass and then wont damage.

Never hold the nozzle near anyone's face, always hold nozzle down, even after turning off, steam could still escape and burn.

When wanting to turn off to fill up or put away, always turn off the on/off switch and unplug from the mains first.

If steaming curtains, I suggest you take them down and steam on the floor, this way you cant damage any electricals near curtains and you don't have to warm window up first.

When steaming sofas or floors, I suggest you open windows as it gets hot and the smell from the steaming is realised from the furniture goes straight out the window.

When using on sofas or curtains, it works well if you put a bit of elbow power in, but not enough to damage material but move up and down slowly. This then gives the steam a chance to get into the creases and iron them out.

If using on sofa's please allow an hour before using again, the steam makes it a little damp, all so if you sofa collects dust very easy, the steamer will bring this up to the surface and a good hoover will get rid of all this.

using on tiles, using the thin nozzle and shoulder strap to keep it safe on you, hold away from te tiles until warm, then realise steam, but do not hold the steam to close to tiles as these can be broken.

Mattresses are a good one as well.
Just strip your bed and use the fabric tool to steam mattresses, once cleaned, leave for an hour before making bed back up. helps take away day to day smells from the bedroom.

Steamers always worried me, in case the steam built up in the tube and could blow off, but the tube is attached very securely and the tube its self is made from very tough plastic, so you can feel the tube get warm but never hot.

The attachments are very easy to attach, you just click and twist and easy to detach.
The user manual is clear for which attachment is which.
The steam is not heavy, as I have problems with my back I can never buy a product that is heavy, carrying by handle, easy to use, using the clip strap is very easy to carry around the room.
The Steam is very sturdy and when pulled along stays upright.
It has plenty of cord, so this is safe to keep the product away from the mains while in use.
It doesn't have anywhere to tidy your cord away when finished, but the tube, nozzle handle fits nicely in the hole above the carrying handle, so I wrap the cord around this.
The whole steamer is small enough to find storage space, which is a great bonus.I can honestly say I have found no real faults with this product and have had it quite a few months now and use it quite a bit and it hasn't lost any of its power from when I first bought it.

I bought this steam for £89 for online Electrolux shop but shop around as since buying, I know Curry's had this in stock a while back. I have found ebay sells Graded ones for I believe £30.
      Graded meaning reconditioned.
