I've had this product for about 9 months now and when I first got it it was fantastic. Now its getting a bit jaded (I know how it feels) probably through over use! It is still great at vacuuming on carpets and it also does floor - wonderful in my bathroom. There is a nifty little dial on the front that allows you to set the rotors on underneath to different piles of carpet on a sliding scale from long pile to short pile. Other reviews I read on other sites said the flex length was inadequate but its fine for me. I can plug in in one room and travel to several others without unplugging.
