 ... downside here is that these two accessories are stored on a very flimsy attachment on the main pole itself. Needless to say this isnt very practical when using the vacuum cleaner and also means that the slightest knock makes them fall off - i've resorted to leaving them in the cupboard until i need them. I have had this vacuum cleaner for almost 3 years now and have had mixed experiences. I paid about £100 for this vacuum from John Lewis. Generally it is a good solid cleaner with 2000W suction power. It is a cylinder cleaner with a pretty long hose and extendable metal pole connecting the brush head and the hose. The extendable metal pole makes storage alot easier as it contracts to about 70cm long. This feature also allows the length of the pole to be adjusted while in use, ideal to adjust it to a comfortable height for the user.
