First bought one of these as a "second" and was absolutely amazed at the suction for such a small, lightweight machine. I've had mine for a few years now; probably ever since this model came out, and only bought it because my other vac had just packed up. It's light to pull, sits nicely on the stairs and the pick up is just as good as from machines costing twice the price. Downside is that being such a small machine, bags tend to over-fill and burst, meaning a thorough clean of the inside of the machine. Believe it or not I'm talking about a vacuum cleaner. I've only just had the Goblin Axtec and must admit, for the price its probably one of the best cleaners going. For around £45 you can pick one of these up and you will not be dissapointed. It has a 1300 watt motor with a 4 litre dust bag, which is good for the size. It is fairly light aswell, only 4.3kg, compared to some being nearer 5kg. I've been through loads of vacuums because it is usually me that ends up breaking them somehow or orther and this is the best I've tried yet - lets hope I can keep this in one piece. I bought this vacuum when our last rented flat came without a hoover. Discovering that a new Aztec was not a great deal more expensive than the several second hand vacuums listed in the local ads, I went for the bright blue Aztec 1350. Our previous two places came with it's slightly more powerful yellow brother, so I was fairly confident in the brand's reliability (landlords don't usually like spending money over and over again). One year on, and anothe house and it's still going strong - even with a new carpet shedding fluff everywhere!
