... ve had my handheld Dyson DC16 for just over a year now, and it s very useful for those quick jobs when you don t want to get the large hoover out, hoovering up crumbs or when you see a spider that you just have to get rid of quickly! It comes in very handy for quickly hoovering out the car too. For a small handheld device it s a lot more powerful than I expected it to be. the dust compartment is see through and very easy to empty at the push of a button. As for battery life, it lasts from 5-10 minutes from full to empty, however I have found that if I stop and start it a lot then the battery does tend to run down more quickly. This doesn t sound like a lot of batter...

freud Dyson DC31
... comes home with some quite random items sometimes & last month I thought he d treated himself to (yet another) very large drill but in fact it was a Dyson DC31 handheld vacuum cleaner. I ve never seen a vacuum quite like this & have to admit I was initially a bit dubious as it seemed quite heavy & awkward plus it takes 3.5 hours to charge & you can only use it continuously for about 10 minutes. I also thought he was crazy paying over £100 for it (Costco) as it was seemingly just to stop me moaning about cat & dog hairs - but now I ve got used to it I just love it!
