Advantages: easyish to change bag, nice smiley face!

Disadvantages: gets easily blocked and hard to unblock.

I adored my old Henry until my builders used him to vaccuum up the rubble when my ceiling came down and he died a painful death. They bought me a new one but somethings changed - thehand winded cable mechanism is really stiff, so when you try to move it, you get jolted back again or pull the plug from its socket. My old one never had that problem - i just walked around with the nozzle and henry faithfully followed me. I've just been advised to wipe the cable down with furniture polish, so that's my next job. The suction is good, but on my new model the tube and nozzle get jammed easily + only come apart in 3 pieces so I end up using a knitting needle to clear the blockage. Its also not quiet - my 7 month old cries her head off whenever she hears it, even from upstairs - a good excuse not to hoover too often!
